(3) If you do not buy it back, it is settled at the agreed buyback price

If you do not buy it back at maturity, it is completed as a buyback at the price agreed when you signed, with no second round of price-cutting. The amount, term, repurchase price and service fee are confirmed in writing in one go before signing, and no further charge is added afterwards.
