It depends on the condition of the space, the number of camera positions, and whether electrical work, network cabling or soundproofing is needed.We need to see the space once before we can give you an accurate schedule. We recommend booking ahead - schedules are tight during major sales and event seasons, and last-minute rush jobs may not fit in.

Yes.The space is rented by the hour / day / month, and equipment can be rented separately , and renting the space alone is fine too. If the studio is already set up, just bring your team and gear and start streaming; on-site technical support can also be arranged separately.

Yes.We handle installation, deployment and maintenance for both Kylin and UnionTech UOS , including the adaptation work needed to migrate from existing systems. For government and enterprise clients with localisation requirements this is familiar ground for us, and we can provide a migration plan up front.

Both are available.Equipment sourcing and network cabling are one-off projects; for day-to-day operations you can pay per on-site visit or sign an annual outsourcing or on-site staffing contract . Which is better value depends on your equipment scale and failure frequency - with many devices and frequent problems an annual contract usually costs less, while with few devices used only a few times a year, per-visit billing suits better. We can assess first and then advise.

Yes. From cameras, capture cards, lighting and sound cards to servers and network equipment, we advise on selection and handle sourcing,and we can follow your company purchasing process, sign formal contracts and issue invoices . If a configuration is not right for you we say so and never push you towards something more expensive - you would not need it, and you would not come back to us next time.

We start with a phone call or remote troubleshooting -most faults on a live set are software settings, sound card routing or cable contact issues , which can be fixed on the spot. If it turns out to be a hardware fault, we come to you to repair it; inside urban Zhengzhou we deliver a 30-minute response . Before going live we recommend a device self-check - we can provide a checklist.
