If the outer glass is cracked but the display and touch work normally, there is no need to replace the whole assembly. We peel off the broken outer glass in a dust-free environment and bond a high-quality new outer glass, keeping the original inner display's picture and colour - at a much lower cost.
Flex-cable repair and bonding
When a screen flex cable breaks or a connector develops a cold joint, causing unresponsive touch or lines on the display, most cases do not need a new screen. We repair the flex cable with a bonding machine and microsoldering, at a cost far below a screen replacement, preserving the value of the original panel.
Selected original parts with diagnostics
Apple original batteries and screen parts (with official diagnostics) display battery health normally after replacement and do not trigger a "non-genuine part" warning. Other parts are high-quality third-party components or pulled original parts, clearly priced and honestly described - we never pass third-party parts off as original.

1. No labour charge if we cannot fix it: If a fault cannot be repaired successfully, we waive all inspection, teardown and labour fees.
2. For special faults we charge material cost only: In the few cases where a fault can only be attempted by replacing dedicated materials (such as a one-time encryption IC or a special flex cable) and still cannot be repaired, we charge only the cost of the materials already consumed and unusable, and still waive the labour fee.
3. 180-day extended warranty: Once the repair is complete we provide a warranty of up to 180 days, with a printable electronic warranty slip that the store can trace.
4. Transparent parts, never passed off as original: We use high-quality third-party parts or pulled original parts, and some Apple original materials with official diagnostics, all clearly priced and honestly described. We never pass third-party parts off as genuine original parts.
