1. No labour charge if we cannot fix it: If a phone's storage chip has been physically burnt through, or the flash memory dies completely so that no low-level code can be written, we guarantee that you pay not a single cent in diagnostic labour or flashing fees.

Full compensation for damage: If a technical error by our engineers during flashing or physical ISP wire diagnostics on the storage chip causes secondary physical damage such as a completely burnt-out main power IC, we will replace your device with a second-hand unit of equivalent condition at our own full expense.

Flashing, Unbricking and Unlocking FAQ
[Please be sure to bring your original ID card and lawful proof of purchase.] To strictly meet public security and anti-fraud requirements, Fengniu Tech must register and verify the identity of the person handing in the device for any software service involving a screen-lock password reset or account lock removal. You will need to provide the phone's purchase invoice, an e-commerce purchase screenshot, or other lawful evidence that the phone belongs to you. If this cannot be proven, we will refuse the unlocking service in every case.
With a conventional forced account-lock removal (which requires clearing the underlying NAND flash data), the data is normally formatted and erased. However, before any flashing or unbricking work, as long as the underlying hardware supports it (for example the baseband and CPU are not physically damaged), our engineers will do their utmost to back up and extract the core data using professional reading tools. For devices with nothing more than a system crash we can attempt a lossless flash, repairing only the bootloader without erasing partition data, preserving as much of your valuable data as possible.
Flashing between official ROMs within the framework permitted by the official Bootloader does not affect any physical hardware function (such as the camera, calls or 5G signal). On warranty: because official service centres may refuse nationwide warranty on a phone with an unlocked bootloader, if the device later needs official warranty service we can flash the original China-market system back for free, avoiding that risk.
As long as your phone runs a legitimate official cross-flashed system (for example a China-market system flashed with the official international version), and provided root access has not been obtained and the system's TEE secure partition has not been broken (that is, the fingerprint area has not been illegally unlocked), chat app payments, Alipay fingerprint payments and the financial functions of major banking apps all work normally. Yes. An ordinary failed flash is usually a soft brick caused by a damaged boot area, and with high-level authorised accounts and a professional low-level programmer (EDL/9008 mode) we can rewrite the low-level partition bootloader directly and recover the device efficiently. In very rare cases where physical flash chip damage interrupts startup, we can replace the flash chip at chip level and rewrite the firmware to get your device powering on again.
